Tom Sandoz228 days agoSeveral years ago I slipped and broke my left hip and shattered my left femur. I spoke with quite a few attorneys to explain my fall. The most common response was: “I have no interest in a slip and fall case. this is Colorado. You have to assume there will be snow and ice when you walk here.” When I contacted one of the biggest firms here in Denver, I was lucky enough to get to speak with Jason. He listened to my story and came out to look at the situation. He said he liked to take cases that others avoided. I was very impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the whole legal system and participants in the Denver judicial process. We settled out of court. Jason did an absolutely wonderful job for me. I was raised to always tell the truth, so I did, I had four witnesses to my accident, but they all saw a different part of accident. They all asked me if I wanted them to lie and I told them, just tell the truth. However, I ended up losing, this was by no means my Attorney fault, he did such a good job, we had thought we won. The other party worked for the Post Office, and he just flat lied. I did not have one single person see the truck hit me, so I lost. Honestly, I would not change a thing, I don't know why GOD allowed me to lose. But to see such kindness through the whole thing, was worth it, Jason Walker did a lot of work on my case, and we should have won. I give him a score of 11 on a scale from 1-10 he was very professional and did a great job. I just recently got a call from Mr. Walker; he is trying to help me find a way to claim BK, this is a man that already donated 100's of hours for free, I have no money, yet he is trying to help me.
